Ask goes guerrilla stealth on Google in UK16:13 Fri 16 March 2007Interesting reading today about Ask.com's guerrilla marketing assault on Google in the UK, in the form of an Information Revolution campaign. You may have seen the slogan "stop the online information monopoly" popping up lamposts, on the tube, on your local bus etc (as in the tube photo taken below by Ben Werdmuller). If you're keeping an eye on how the story unfolds, add their RSS feed to your Excite MIX page to follow the antics as they develop. Not content with stealthily challenging Google's 75% search market share by appealing to those uncomfortable with monopoly, Ask have also added some spice to their Google search results. ...The gloves are off!
