Viacom files lawsuit against Googles YouTube

Viacom said that it's filed a $1 billion lawsuit against Google Inc. and its Internet video sharing site YouTube. Why? Unauthorized use of its copyrighted entertainment. The blogosphere is buzzing - let the games begin.

    Viacom has choosen Joost for the distribution of his contents...So it is trying to remove more than 100.000 videos from all other videosharing sites...
