Up, up and away, UK property prices cloud bound

11:28 Tue 30 January 2007

...depending on who you're reading of course. Widespread chat today among the media about house prices, although depending on your choice of news the views are somewhat conflicting. The Guardian highlights prices in massive escalation, while the BBC take a more cautious view that they're actually cooling. Hmmmm.

Minor discrepancies aside, if you want to stay in the loop with property news, House Price Crash has an interesting blog you can add to your MIX page.

There are also some great RSS feeds from the Telegraph Property, This is Money and the UK Property News blog, which will help you on the road to becoming a veritable Donald Trump.

Just to add to this and to update a little. I think the house prices in the UK have peaked and are slowing down (the rate of growth). However, this is all average growth. This means some places, say, London can still be growing!
